Getting Started

Create an account, complete setup, and launch your first workspace.

Use this guide if you are new to intelliBuilt and want to get from sign-in to a working content workspace as quickly as possible.

Step 1

Create an account

  1. Open the application in your browser.
  2. Choose email/password or Google sign-in if it is available for your environment.
  3. Create your account and sign in.
Note: If your organization shares workspaces with users or groups, you may see shared workspaces on Home after sign-in even if you did not create them yourself.
Step 2

Complete first-time setup

The setup flow helps you create your first workspace. It focuses on first value: get content indexed so the platform can search, audit, and organize it.

Setup Step What you provide Why it matters
Workspace name A clear name such as `Kidney Education` or `Main Marketing Site` The workspace name appears on Home, in reports, and in workflows.
Indexing method Crawl a site, upload a CSV, or enter URLs manually This determines how intelliBuilt builds the content set.
Index frequency Daily, weekly, or manual This determines how fresh the workspace stays over time.
Step 3

Choose how to create the workspace

Crawl a site

Use this when you want intelliBuilt to discover pages automatically.

  • Best for connected websites and hubs
  • The crawler follows links it can reach
  • Orphan pages may need to be added separately

Upload a CSV

Use this when you already have a defined list of URLs.

  • Best for migrations and curated page sets
  • Good for campaign pages or exported inventories

Enter URLs manually

Use this when you want to start with a smaller hand-picked set.

  • Best for pilots and high-priority pages
  • Good when you do not want to crawl a whole site yet

Name the workspace clearly

A good workspace name helps your team recognize what the page set actually represents.

  • `Heart Education`
  • `Support Articles`
  • `2026 Product Pages`
Step 4

Choose an index frequency

Set the workspace cadence based on how often content changes.

Daily

Best for high-change sites, active campaigns, or resource centers that are updated often.

Weekly

Best for sites that change regularly but do not need daily refreshes.

Manual

Best for slower-moving page sets or controlled demonstrations.

What happens next: Once setup starts, indexing runs in the background and the workspace appears on Home. If the workspace also runs automatic audits after indexing, it may remain in a building state until those finish.
