Common issues and the fastest way to move forward.

Use this page when something does not look right in intelliBuilt. These are the most common user-facing issues and the most likely reasons behind them.

Workspace Issues

I do not see my workspace

  • Indexing may still be running.
  • You may be signed into the wrong account.
  • The workspace may have been shared with a different user or group.
  • The workspace may have been deleted.
Try this: Refresh Home, check notifications, and confirm you are using the correct account.
Query Issues

Query results are empty

  • The term may not exist in the indexed content.
  • The workspace may not have finished indexing yet.
  • The query may be too specific.
Try this: Broaden the search phrase, check that the workspace has finished building, and verify that the expected pages are in the workspace.
Sign-In Issues

I do not see Google sign-in

  • Google sign-in may not be enabled for this environment.
  • The app may not be configured with a Google client ID.
  • Your browser may still be using stale page assets after a deployment.
Try this: Refresh the page, open a private window once, or confirm the environment supports Google sign-in.
AI Issues

I do not see AI Fixes

  • Your plan may not include AI Fixes.
  • The feature may not be enabled for your environment.
  • The page may not have enough recent audit context yet.
Try this: Open the latest saved audit for the page first, then look for the AI Fixes action there.
