Start work from selected URLs
Workflows can begin from selected URLs in a workspace or from selected results in the Content Query Report.
Instructions
Add a short note if the team needs quick context about what should be changed.

Track one work package across stages
Workflow detail is where you review the pages in scope and move the work through stages such as build, QA, final approval, and deployment.
- The workflow keeps the production URL as the canonical page in the workspace.
- Stage audits can run on test or staging URLs during build, QA, and approval.
- After deployment, the production URL can be audited again.
